The London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) has introduced its blockchain-based Digital Markets Infrastructure (DMI), targeting private funds to enhance capital raising efficiency and transparency. MembersCap Leveraged the platform for its tokenized MCM Fund 1, with Archax serving as nominee. Expansion to additional asset classes is planned, positioning DMI as a regulated gateway for broader market participation.
